We typically use the industry standard term 'cash', but in reality, you'll be paid through a title/attorney/escrow company that handles the transaction paperwork. They'll arrange payment directly to you via wire transfer, check, or cashier's check upon closing. So, while we use the term 'cash', you'll receive payment through the title company, not physically in cash.

If top retail value is your priority, a local agent might be best, though it may take time. Selling land at retail prices often requires patience due to longer sales timelines.
